Gîte Campagne - Mésange Bleue, gite Cénac et Saint-Julien, Périgord noir

 

On the side of our swimming pool area, it offers a small PRIVATE AND ENCLOSED GARDEN and has 2 BEDROOMS (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds) as well as a large living room.
​
In the living room you will find a lounge area with its flat screen television as well as a dining area around a table for 4 people. Its small kitchen has all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). The bathroom has a large 80 x 150 cm shower and a vanity unit. The toilets are separate.
​
Outside, the dining area and the barbecue will allow you to take full advantage of the large terrace. The deck chairs under the cherry tree make it a very pleasant LITTLE NAP CORNER.

Our swimming pool, shared with our three other gîtes, is open from June 1st to September 30th.
​​

Bedsheets, bathroom and household linen are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. All you have to do is unpack your bags :-)

​

The Tourist tax, cleaning fee, WIFI access and heating are included. Parking is secure and free. 

​

Our baby equipment (bed, bath, chair, etc.) and our children's games are available free of charge.

​

A washing machine is available (in the main building). Use: €5.00 per cycle, detergent included.​
